shipping an International order is based on weight, size and country order
is being shipped to. International customers please note that once you have

your shipping method for any International orders under $100. While you
still have the option of selecting "International Express 3-8 Day" we
discourage it because it cost more money to ship via this method and is
usually not necessary for orders under $100 in value. International orders
over $100+ will generally ship via
United States Postal Service International 3 to 8 Day (Express). This means
if your order is over $100 and you select "International 6 to 15 Day
(Standard)"
we will manually change the order to "International 3 to 8 Day
(Express)". Once your order has been processed and shipped you will
receive either a customers number or a tracking number.
We reserve the right to cancel orders

• TRACK AN ORDER
If your shipping address is within
the United States you will
automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order has
shipped. Once you have received the UPS or USPS
tracking numbers from us simply log into
www.ups.com and enter the tracking numbers or log into
www.usps.com and enter the confirmation
numbers and you will be able to track the package. International customers
please contact us via email for information.
• PAYING WITH A MONEY
ORDER
We do accept money orders, sorry
we do not accept personal checks. Please call and have your item/s placed on hold
so that we may remove them from inventory. We allow 10 days for payment to arrive,
after this time your items will be placed back into inventory. During the
busy holiday season we reserve the right not to place items on hold or
accept money orders.

• PRE-ORDER POLICY
Secure all your hard to find toys
and save some money while doing it. How? Pre-order it! Generally our
pre-order prices are equal to or lower than our in stock price. We have some
of the best pre-order prices on the net and better yet your credit card will
not be charged until your order or any part of your order is in stock and
ready to ship (PayPal users are charged immediately). Release dates are
approximate (subject to change). Orders that include in stock and pre-order
items or pre-order items with different release dates will incur a shipping
charge each instance we ship an item or part of your order. Images of
product are for reference only. Product color, accessories or size may
change or product may be canceled at manufacturers discretion without
notice.
• RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not
completely satisfied please send back your order or any part of your order within
seven days of receiving the order for a full refund of the purchase price of
the item/s (shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake in which
case read below). Please include the original
invoice/packing slip that was included with order (not including packing
slip
could cause a delay).
All returns must be in the same condition they were sent in. This means
unopened and un-played with. We do not accept
returns on opened items, under any circumstance, sorry.
In the event that we
made a mistake and accidentally sent you the wrong item we'll have UPS come
and pick up the package from you and have them ship it back to us (at no
cost to you). Please make sure that product being returned is taped sealed
inside box we shipped you (please include packing slip in box). If your not
home during the day please provide us a address where UPS can pick up, if
your work is more convenient then let us know and we'll gladly have UPS pick
up at your work. You may also (if you choose to) send back package to us via
the post office USPS Priority Mail (if you choose to do this please notify
us before we call and have UPS come and pick up package from you). When we
receive package from post office we will refund the shipping cost indicated
on the package. If we are shipping correct item/s back to you and not
refunding item/s, we will gladly cover the cost of shipping correct item/s
to you.
Refunds are issued within 24-72 hours (generally) after receiving package.
It can take your credit card company or bank a few days to process
this refund back into your account. We have no control over this so please
contact your credit card company if you have a question regarding this
issue. During the busy holiday season (generally beginning middle of
November) it can take up to 7 days to issue a refund.
• CANCEL POLICY
We will gladly cancel any order that has not yet processed, which means, if
the order has not yet left our warehouse. Once a tracking number has been
issued this means that order has already shipped or is about to ship
in which case we will NOT be able to cancel it, however you may still send it
back when you receive it if you still wish to do so. Please be aware that an
order can take a few days to process to as little as 15
minutes to process so therefore we can not guarantee we can cancel any order once it
has been placed.
